Fair Use Policy

1. Purpose

By using CorelDRAW VectorPass, you agree to the terms outlined below.

This Fair Use Policy is designed to ensure all subscribers can enjoy high-quality, uninterrupted access to the library of stock images. While the Subscription plan offers “unlimited” downloads, this is subject to a reasonable use limit to prevent abuse and ensure the system remains robust and responsive for all users.

2. Daily Download Limit

Each subscriber may download up to 50 vector images per day. This limit is set to meet the needs of most users and to ensure fair access to the library for everyone. We reserve the right to cancel a subscription, or adjust the limit, if we believe a user is abusing the “unlimited” access privilege, such as by frequently reaching the download limit.

3. Fraudulent Activity

Contributors, their affiliates, and associated user accounts are strictly prohibited from using a subscription to download the contributor's own images. Any such activity constitutes a violation of these terms and will result in the contributor's immediate removal from the platform. Any funds earned through prohibited transactions of this kind must be fully refunded to us, and any subscriptions used in this manner will be cancelled.

4. Download Delays and CAPTCHA Verification

A user who makes a high number of download requests over a short period of time may be shown a download delay and a CAPTCHA form. This measure protects the service from potential abuse, such as attempts to overwhelm the system with high-volume requests or scripted attacks. A user who believes this message was shown in error should contact the support team.

5. Access to Purchased Vectors

An active subscription is required to access purchased vectors within an account. If a subscription has lapsed, payment will reactivate the subscription and restore access to everything in the account.

6. Rationale for This Policy

This policy exists for the following reasons:

• System Integrity - high volumes of downloads by individual users can strain servers, potentially affecting service quality for all users. This policy helps maintain optimal performance and reliability.
• Abuse Prevention - the policy prevents misuse of the service, such as mass downloading for redistribution or resale, which is prohibited under the Content License Agreement.
• Equitable Access - a reasonable limit ensures all subscribers have equal access to the resources, preventing the system from being monopolised by a few users.

7. Reaching the Limit

A user who reaches the daily limit will be temporarily unable to download additional images. Users who require more downloads should contact the support team.
