Free License Summary

This document is a summary provided for informational and convenience purposes only. It is not a separate agreement. Your rights and obligations when using a Free Download are set out in full in the Content License Agreement, which governs in the event of any inconsistency with this summary, including as to indemnification, limitation of liability, and governing law.

Permitted Usage

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal, perpetual license to use Free licensed vectors solely for evaluation and personal use, as more fully described in the Content License Agreement.

Not Permitted

  • Free licensed vectors may not be used for any commercial, promotional, or resale purposes.
  • The Content must not be used in any obscene, immoral, infringing, or defamatory manner, or in any material that may bring any person or property reflected or described in the Content into disrepute or cause legal action.
  • Content may not be sub-licensed, re-sold, rented, lent, assigned, gifted, transferred, or distributed in any vector-based form.
  • The Content must remain secure in your possession at all times. You must take reasonable steps to ensure the file is not exposed to any environment in which it could be transferred, copied, or stolen, and it must not be made available for distribution on any peer-to-peer network.
  • The Content License Agreement does not permit use of any part of any licensed Content on a competing website or business, in any media format, or in any situation that may be regarded as a conflict of interest between VectorStock and the Customer's use of the Content.

Important

Downloading and using a Free Download requires you to comply with the Free License Terms of the Content License Agreement, summarized above. If there is any doubt as to a permitted use, please contact VectorStock at legal@vectorstock.com or Corel at legal@corel.com before relying on that use.

You represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and have the right to enter into the Content License Agreement, and that you will not use the Content in any way not permitted by the Content License Agreement.
